What does my annual fee cover?
As our patient, you will receive 24/7 access to Dr. Campbell and his staff. Minor emergency care, bi-annual physicals, office visits, specialty referrals, and preventative and wellness consultations are all included. As part of the biannual preventive care physicals, the doctor will provide each patient with a detailed written report and a personal wellness plan to be implemented throughout the year. You may pay the annual fee monthly, quarterly, biannually or annually. A variety of payment methods are available.
Do I still need to maintain an insurance plan?
Yes. Your annual fee is for access to our services all day, every day and preventive care that is not covered by insurance. Patients will need to maintain a HSA, PPO, POS, Medicare or other major medical plan to cover services provided outside of our office, such as referrals and access to specialists, hospitalization, emergency room care, laboratory work, radiology and prescriptions. We can work with you regarding pre-tax dollars, Medical Savings Accounts, and other coverage plans.
Can I extend coverage to family members, such as spouse or children?
Yes, if space is available in the practice. We will do our best to accommodate your children (age 1 and over), spouse or partner.
What if I have an emergency or need hospitalization?
If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 and then call us. Dr. Campbell will meet you at the hospital and ensure thorough, timely care. If you are hospitalized, Dr. Campbell will coordinate and oversee your care with the on-staff physicians and medical personnel.
How large is your practice?
While most General Practitioners have over 4,000 registered patients, we are committed to a practice limited to 500 patients.
What if I need disease management, a specialist or surgery?
You and Dr. Campbell will make joint decisions concerning referrals to specialists for evaluation and treatment of chronic conditions. Dr. Campbell has relationships with leading specialists and will follow your care with the specialist. We will monitor and help you manage chronic diseases such as asthma, cancer, depression, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, hypertension, or other conditions.
