Stephanie Philipp, a board-certified Physician Assistant, has been practicing medicine for over 18 years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from UTSA in 2002. She then went to the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio where she received her Bachelor of Science degree summa cum lade in PA studies
and graduated in 2004. Her experience as a Physician Assistant includes working in multiple Emergency Departments and Urgent Care clinics. She has also worked in Primary Care and Concierge Medicine.
Stephanie enjoys working in Concierge Medicine because it is one of the best ways to practice good medicine, not rushed. She believes that first listening to the patient, then doing a good exam are the crucial first steps in finding answers to help a patient toward wellness. Answers are also found by looking at all the evidence and the patient as a whole. Stephanie also believes that in Concierge Medicine, there is a strong focus on Preventative Medicine and Prevention is the key to helping patients maintain optimal mental and physical wellness. Stephanie has been married to her Wonderful husband, David, for over 23 years and has 3 Amazing children, two daughters, and a son. In Stephanie’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter’s barrel race, and playing sports. She also loves gardening, sewing, and caring for her animals; 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 5 goats!
